The location is fantastic-right by the river and close to all the shops and restaurants. The modern design of the hotel gives it a fresh vibe, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the well-appointed bathroom; it was a nice touch that made the stay more comfortable.
But the valet parking was a nightmare. I felt uneasy letting someone else handle my car, and communication about that was terrible. The room itself had too many missing essentials—like enough glasses and towels for four guests—plus, the small coffee area was frustrating. it just didn’t meet my expectations!

I spent 1 night and will be back. They gave me standard queen room with right in the middle of town, opening windows, as example. The staff was exceptional and affable and great to deal with.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive, delivering really good service throughout my visit.
Nothing to complain about! 😊.

I recently stayed for one night at Novotel while seeking a warm and comfortable escape. The spacious King room with a balcony offered stunning views of the river, and the cleanliness was perfect. I enjoyed a good bar snack of chicken satay skewers paired with a delicious peanut sauce, and the value of the house white wines was impressive.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I specifically chose Novotel for its proximity to this landmark, which enhanced my overall experience. To my pleasant surprise, the arrangement with a nearby public multi-level car parking facility just 250 meters away was convenient. the hotel features a fantastic restaurant serving Chinese, Malaysian, and Singaporean cuisine—each meal was a good adventure for my taste buds, especially the aromatic satay skewers!
Noise from the corridors.

I was really annoyed by the parking situation. I thought there would be enough spaces, but it turned out to be first come, first served. Paying $25 for valet felt ridiculous, especially when I couldn't access my car whenever I needed it.

The rooms are clean and comfy, ideal for a short stay. While the valet parking system had its quirks, the staff were helpful and the location was convenient. The on-site dining options were a bonus, though I wish there were more amenities in the room for families.

I had a great experience at the hotel; the room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable.
The morning meal could use better seasoning for the mushrooms.
